Torta! This one had Carne Asada, beans, mayonnaise, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese on a birrote roll (or "bolio" depending on what part of Mexico you're in/from).

The cubana I get at the local authentic Mexican place has steak milanesa, chorizo with egg, salchicha, ham, topped with a mixture of chicken and melted cheese. Some Jalapeno peppers and onion is thrown in for good measure. Aside from being absolutely delicious, half of the sandwich is a whole meal in itself.
